Terms

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of Met (www.themet.site). By creating an account or using Met, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Met.

Your account

  • You sign in with Google or an email link. Keep access to that account secure; you're responsible for activity on your Met account.
  • Use your real name or a name people know you by. Don't impersonate anyone.
  • One account per person.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.

Your content

You own what you add to Met: your name, photo, bio, links and other details. You give Met permission to store and show it to other members as described in our Privacy policy and your profile settings, only to run Met. You can change or delete it anytime.

Using Met respectfully

Don't:

  • Harass, threaten or spam people, including with repeated connection requests or introductions.
  • Add content that's illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that you don't have the right to share.
  • Share other people's private information without their permission.
  • Scrape Met, collect members' data, or use automated tools to access it.
  • Try to break, overload, or get around Met's security or privacy settings.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime in Met, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk.

Met is provided as is

Met is free and provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Met isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses from using it, or for what members do or say.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell members about important changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts.
